The only thing better than photographing newborns is when it’s warm enough to photograph them outdoors. I have a feeling this boy will be spending plenty of time at the lake growing up; starting him off right. 😍

Look at those cute baby wrinkles!! 😍

Ketch has no idea what fun awaits him…

I think this is the beginning of a beautiful love.

Talk about quick! Baby Mack almost didn’t let me get to the hospital in time to see him born…but I beat him. 🙂

He came screaming into the world on August 21st, 2018 at 7:46AM.

He’s a healthy baby boy at 20in, weighing 7lb 4oz.

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made” Psalm 139

I honestly couldn’t believe when his mom contacted me to scheduled his one year session…I mean, it was just last week when I photographed his newborn session! She tells me Benjamin is a very laid back child. Well of course he is…he’s #4. Just like my fourth kiddo, Benjamin just goes with the flow. I like to tease that fourth babies are born into chaos. 🙂

Thank you, Benjamin, for being a super happy, super cooperative baby. Until next time…

Is he not the most precious baby boy?! Keegan was a pro at his first portrait session. 🙂 I love getting to photograph babies in their home because it allows me to use things that belong to them, making their session a bit more unique. This rug is in his nursery, along with his blue elephant. 🙂

Keegan’s big sisters were so excited to hold him, and did such a great job!

His mom and I joked that this image reminded me of baby Moses in the basket, lol!

How do you reward two little girls that did an awesome job during the whole session? Why you let them lick their grandma’s face for a picture, lol! She was such a good sport. 🙂

Dear Keegan,

The world is a little bit brighter with you in it.

xoxo

I had the great privilege to document Keegan James’ entrance into the world on February 7th, 2018. It was a 5 hour drive for me to get there, so I left at the first sign of labor. The good news was driving in the middle of the night made it so I wasn’t delayed by traffic; the bad news was it was a 5 hour drive in the middle of the night. lol! I wouldn’t have missed it for the world, and at 11:50am this beautiful, healthy baby boy was born.

Mom did such an amazing job bringing Keegan into this world.

He was a perfect 7lbs 15oz and 19.5 inches long.

His two big sisters were thrilled to meet him! They are going to be amazing sisters to Keegan, and hopefully helpers to mom. 😉

Thank you for letting me be a part of this day. I can’t wait to see how you grow, and who you become. Keegan, you are surrounded by love, and created by God.

xoxo
