While most of the country was shopping all night long, frantically searching for the best Black Friday deals I was photographing this beautiful family. When mom called me to schedule we were hard pressed to find a date left that we both could do, but it did happen! She didn’t shop on Black Friday and I didn’t have any plans to either so it worked out beautifully! When mom filled in the ‘image request’ part of her client forms she wrote “would love to get a picture of the entire family but I’ll take what I can get. It’s hard to get 4 kids this young!”. Well, I guess we achieved the impossible then.
Thank you, Raye for sending me such a sweet, laid back family!

Clients:
Anything you need before the new year has to be taken care of THIS WEEK for guaranteed arrival. This week I will be working a bit longer hours either at the studio or at home in order to fulfill your needs, but that means I need your help. If there is something you need let me know asap and please remember that when you get your invoice in your inbox nothing is actually ordered until that is paid.
If your order has been sent in and paid for please know that I will email you as soon as it’s available for pick up. This fall has been a huge blessing to me and my family. I truly have adored all my new and returning clients. My husband and I thank you for your patience and can’t wait to get your wall portraits, framed prints, Christmas cards, etc. to you!
Hopefully I’ll be able to sit down and share more sessions from the last few months on the blog, but until then I thought you might like a glimpse into my days.
I don’t take for granted that I get to run a business and keep our youngest near me. He’s so laid back. This is how he spends his non-school days with me at the studio.

and when he gets tired he doesn’t really ever get fussy. He’ll just go find a nice quiet place and the playing will slow…

until it stops.

When I got to meet this family for pictures it was about 52 degrees with 20mph wind gusts and no room to reschedule. They were such great sports and their sweet girl stayed wrapped up in a blanket when she wasn’t having her picture taken…and sometimes even when she was. They skipped rocks, climbed trees and snuggled up. The end result of a chilly day? Lots of sweet images!

I had a lot of fun during this session. These sisters were so sweet together and so helpful with their baby brother. Three children all born in different countries. How cool! Australia, Singapore and little baby boy right here in Arkansas. I’d be willing to bet they have more stamps on their passports then me!

You’d never know that after our session this sweet little girl got sick in the Braum’s bathroom! She was so sweet and smiley during the entire session, but mentioned her belly hurt a little bit. Poor thing! But look at all this goodness she gave us.
