James and Faye have been married for 50 years! How awesome is that? Photographing large groups doesn’t happen very often for me, but when it does I’m lucky enough to get some fun people. Thank you Andy for playing the role of assistant at times.

And check out their good looking grandchildren!

Let me just say that it felt like summer today. I could have worked in a swimsuit and still left sweating! It’s been a while since I shot in the high sun, but it was so worth it to play with ‘L’ and her new baby brother. This was one of those sessions where you could just keep shooting for hours because you’ve got all these ideas….except that it’s now past lunch and everyone is beat red from heat. Yep, one of those.
Enjoy this little peek!

Cubby cheeks, dark hair and tiny squeeks. What could be better? So many people have been patiently awaiting the arrival of this little guy. I suggested to Al that they just have a ‘meet-n-greet’ with barbecue so everyone can come see Hutton.
I think I speak for so many people who know and love you when I say how ecstatic we are for you both. Cindy, your arms are full again.
Introducing Hutton James………

and this one is just for daddy…in case you can’t see it clearly that is a Texas A&M class ring.
